The person who has the power to convert negative energy in to positive in any situation is called Devine person.
Generally all Saints are devine persons . They are cleaning people's mind with their actions Not only actions but thought patterns too.
I think devine person's births are special.
They works for other. They are always devoted in nature Their devotion transforms all the world.
It's not easy to become devine person. It's God's wish. Many times God is taking their exams by giving challenging situations to them. Sometimes they have to face for their regular daily needs. God always sending them energy to work for others. Manytimes Devine person's power is more energetic than God. So people says "Darshan of any Saint or blessings of Saint transforms our life energy" It can helps us to change our Sanchit Karma or Prarabda Karma" So we need to live in contact with Saints. Devine person brings out our inner potential. We understand tatvas of life like Atma tatva, Shiva tatva, Vidya tatva, and Sarva tatva in presence of Devine person.
Devine person or Saints are always living detached with many material things.
Where their footprints of Devine persons there's a transformation. So in Datta Sampradaya there's tons of importance for Datta Paduka .
Datta Paduka are placed at different places in Maharashtra I think in India too. where there's continuous peace, purity, happiness, spiritual love, and spiritual vibrations. Only these charan paduka's Darshan brings extreme transformation in the devotees mind.
Datta Paduka's or any saints Paduka means symbols of Devine person. So we always keeping our forehead on these Paduka.
We know well that only these Paduka's have the power to remove problems of devotees. To remove evil surrounded by us. To give positive energy to us.
