   Hi friends, today you are very familiar with this word. Many people knows better. Some people only heard but not tried to use. Many are now trying to use. It's everyone's choice and time period. 

  We think that mind Power can't be working in the difficult situation. But we know that only with mind Power we can do anything. We face challenging situations or challenging people too. We got this word from abroad author books. But in our India some sage or Rushi working on it since before B. C. 

  We know someone has written a song or prayer on our Swami Samarth that's  "Ashkya hey Shakya kartil Swami" this prayer is related to the mind Power. Means do the seva of Swami Samarth and increase your mind Power. Or recite "Swami Samarth" and see the magic of mind Power. With it we totally overcome hard situations. That means it depends on your devotion where you are completely devoted. If you are not complete devoted there's no support from Swami Samarth. That means situations are also can overcome with devotion.

        Yesterday I  heard conversations of two students about their exams. They are discussing with each other about their admissions in the good college, and to get the out of marks in the examinations.Out of them one was saying that '' If I would be not get admission in that college I will left my education'' and another one was saying that'' If I would be not getting admission to the M.B.B.S. college I will be suicide'' I astonished with these sentences.

    I realized that nowadays what is the level of  pressure to the students.?
How it will create ?

What should we have to do to release from pressure?
 OK we will discuss in detail what is the pressure ?

Pressure is an emotion which I create ,when I feel that what will happen if I will not achieve my goal without pressure? 
 Pressure means can I do this or not If not then I create pressure.

     If there is fear in my mind about my and others expectations  then I feel pressure. 

 When we are finishing our deadline we create pressure

       In two people if one is completing his deadline without pressure if it may be he require more days but he will be in comfortable state.

  But the another one who had completed his dead line with fear and pressure then he will suffer from B. P.

 sugar,hyperthyroidism like irritations, anxiety, etc. He also  has choosen this type of life style  thinking that ''It should happen automatically nowadays''

 Some times pressure is not about deadline but it should be of our belief system  that ''I can't do any work without pressure''

  Deadline doesn't create pressure but the thought about it  ''can I complete it or not ,if not then I realize pressure.

    To remove pressure we have to stop for 2 minutes and watch our thought.We realize that we first creating the fear and then we are feeling the fear when we understand this feeling then again we observe the thought , change the thought check the belief system and accept the truth.

  Many times due to fear my efficiency gets reduced.

If pressure is not there my self esteem is on high level and  My self esteem is not depend on another ones self esteem .

 

When  stability comes performance automatically gets good.

Logically and experimentally it proved that if pressure is not there  achievement is more.

To remove pressure we have to do

1] Mediate everyday for half an hour in the morning

2] Engage in any creative activity.

3] Talk with another person for a five minutes except your subject

4] Make humor and enjoy it

5] Use your humor to please never to hurt

   The person who has the power to convert negative energy in to positive in any situation is called Devine person. 

  Generally all Saints are devine persons . They are cleaning people's mind with their actions  Not only actions but thought patterns too. 

   I think devine person's births are special. 

  They works for other. They are always devoted in nature  Their devotion transforms all the world. 

  It's not easy to become devine person. It's God's wish. Many times God is taking their exams by giving challenging situations to them. Sometimes they have to face for their regular daily needs.  God always sending them energy to work for others. Manytimes Devine person's power is more energetic than God. So people says "Darshan of any Saint or blessings of Saint transforms our life energy" It can helps us to change our Sanchit Karma or Prarabda Karma" So we need to live in contact with Saints. Devine person brings out our inner potential. We understand tatvas of life like Atma tatva, Shiva tatva, Vidya tatva, and Sarva tatva in presence of Devine person.

    Devine person or Saints are always living detached with many material things. 

   Where their footprints of Devine persons there's a transformation. So in Datta Sampradaya there's tons of importance for Datta Paduka . 

   Datta Paduka are placed at different places in Maharashtra I think in India too. where there's  continuous peace, purity, happiness, spiritual love, and spiritual vibrations. Only these charan paduka's Darshan brings extreme transformation in the devotees mind. 

  Datta Paduka's or any saints Paduka means symbols of Devine person. So we always keeping our forehead on these Paduka. 

   We know well that only these Paduka's have the power to remove problems of devotees. To remove evil surrounded by us. To give positive energy to us.
